Playing the game
You may play the game at culminatingpoint.online, install it as an app from there, and share links to it. That is the use the game is offered for: personal, non-commercial play of the copy this site serves. Videos, streams, screenshots and reviews of the game are welcome, monetised or not.
What needs written permission
Without the author’s written permission you may not:
- copy, mirror or host the game, or any part of it, anywhere else, or embed it in another site or app;
- sell it, charge for access to it, or put advertising around it;
- reuse its code, trained models, maps, scenarios, texts, music or images in another work;
- remove or change its copyright notices.
These terms do not take away any right the law gives you anyway, such as quoting the game in a review or criticism.
Other people’s work
The game includes software, typefaces, map data and recordings by others, each under its own licence, reproduced in full in the third-party licences. Those licences, not these terms, govern those parts: Natural Earth’s data, for one, stays in the public domain; the game’s maps made from it do not.
No warranty
The game is free and provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. As far as the law allows, the author is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

To report a copy of the game hosted elsewhere, or to ask for a permission these terms do not give, write to legal@culminatingpoint.online. These terms are governed by Italian law.
